- Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). For international orders, currency conversion fees, import duties, and applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or process your payment details on our servers.

5 – Shipping and Delivery

- Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees in your country are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control (strikes, weather, force majeure, etc.).
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
